Things to Do...

We have no casinos and not much night life, other than some good reggae music and occasional dancing, but we have a lot to offer in the areas of activities. Exploring the island is always a treat. You will find standing remains of plantations from the early 1800's and Salt ponds from when Salt Cay was the largest harvester of salt in the world. Hiking and shell collecting are favorites, our beaches are empty as we do not have large numbers of tourists. For the nature lover, there are several types of birds, including nesting ospreys. Our islands also have large Iguanas. Resting in the hammocks, reading a good book and listening to the ocean in front of your house is always a popular activity! We would truly  love to have you stay with us on Salt Cay

For the nature lover, there are several types of birds including osprey nests for bird watchers. Hiking and shell collecting are among some favorite pastimes as our beaches are deserted as we do not have large numbers of tourists.  We have beautiful reefs to snorkel and world class scuba diving with walls starting at  35 ft. and going down to 7000 ft.! We take people to Both Grand Turk and Salt Cay walls to dive and make available a trip into Grand Turk for those who want  to experience both islands. January, February and March is the height of whale watching season.

We  have a fully equipped PADI dive shop with the availability to teach resort courses or full certification classes.  We also have all full equipment rental for both snorkeling and diving.

We can accommodate groups of snorkelers from our three 24 foot Carolina skiffs. There are two near-by uninhabited cays that we  take snorkelers for a picnic and fantastic snorkeling.

Kayaks available to rent - trips through the Mangroves are offered. Although we have no casinos and not much night life other than some good reggae music and occasional dancing, we have a lot  to offer in the areas of activities. Our islands have  large Iguanas , rare birds and spectacular beaches to walk. Resting in the hammocks and reading a good book , listening to the ocean in front of your house is always a popular activity!
